Crosspoint's internship initiative offers structured training in corporate digital analysis, reporting standards, and client advisory. Trainees learn within active project environments, guided by senior practice consultants who explain each step of the work.
Each track focuses on a distinct area of consulting work. Trainees may begin in one track and build exposure to the others as the program progresses.
Track one
Digital research
Trainees learn to gather, verify, and organize information for client questions. The work builds disciplined source handling and clear written summaries that decision-makers can rely on.
Track two
Systems architecture
This track introduces how digital systems are planned, documented, and connected. Trainees practice mapping workflows and explaining technical structures in plain terms for non-specialist readers.
Track three
Business operations
Trainees study how organizations run day to day, including process review, reporting standards, and operational planning. The focus is on measurable clarity rather than generic recommendations.
Application pathway
From application to onboarding

Submit your application
Send an inquiry through the contact page with your background and the track you are interested in. Required credentials should be prepared in advance, including academic records and a current CV.

Successful candidates provide the mandatory credential submissions before onboarding. Crosspoint will confirm the complete list in writing once the interview stage is complete.
04
